Conference handbook
Give towards the printing cost of one handbook and other conference related materials for one attendee. The handbook helps attendees maximize their experience at Empower. Without detailed information on workshops, plenary sessions, and speakers, conference attendants could easily miss the sessions that could make a life-changing impact. By supporting the production of this helpful resource, you can be a part of changing the lives of the conference attendees.
Children's ministry
The presence of families is important in God's work. Mobilizing for North Korea involves not only the adults, but the children as well. It is not only important for the parents to be convinced of the tremendous needs inside NK, but it is important for the children to be included in this call to God's service. Children also sever in important capacities and are key members of the families seeking God's will. Empower Children's programs are a strategic time to invest in these important members of God's team. Your contribution will allow the children of field workers and conferees to participate in catching God's vision for North Korea. Be a part of helping a child discover their part in the big picture today!
Interpretation/translation services
The work in North Korea cannot be done by one ethnic group. We need Chinese, English, French, Japanese, Korean, and other nationalities to cooperate. Your contribution will allow us to compensate professional translators and/or interpreters at conference, especially during the plenary sessions.
Student scholarship
Scholarship for one student to attend conference. Your contribution will allow a student or someone in need to attend the Empower Conference. Enter your name in the "comment" field if you would like your name to appear in the scholarship list.
Website development
Empower conference does not do any marketing through expensive media. As the conference is more internationalized, website development for Empower becomes more crucial. The website development will enable better promotion and online registration for the global participation of Empower conferences and forums.
Field worker
Many people's only source of information is the public media, where the only depiction is of North Korea as a state that sponsors terrorism and human rights abuses. There are spots of light working inside North Korea. It is very important for the attendees to hear directly from the field of the good things that are happening. The presence of field workers at the conference will allow the conferees a message of hope for the people of North Korea. Your contribution will allow the field workers to attend the Empower Conference and to give the latest reports of development in the areas of education, economic development, and humanitarian aid inside North Korea.
